STARTER SET

I’ve still not received my product, I’ve emailed 4x with no response. Will be working with my bank to get my money back.

I have not received the product. I was sent tracking but the tracking tool is never “available.” I have emailed customer service and have not gotten a response. Company has taken my money and have no product to show for it.

I ordered my products in April 1st. Today is April 21 and I still do not have my products I ordered. Tracking information they provide is not available and they continue to send me an email in another language. I have reported this as fraud and I want my money back. I would not sugges this to anyone.

Hailey Beauty keeps telling me it's been two weeks since we fulfilled your order, it's been 19 days that you've had our makeup, etc. Thing is, I received zero product. I contacted Hailey Beauty, and they gave me a song and dance about how it takes longer for things to arrive now, they have "no control" over the processing/ shipment details. Guess what else they have no control over... me reporting this transaction as fraud to my credit card company
