After you’ve received your initial order, you have within 14 days to action a return. That means you have a full 2 weeks to inspect your products after receiving it to make sure it’s everything you dreamed of! Kindly note, that if the item has been used in any way, it cannot be replaced due to the industry standards on Health and Hygiene.
Please email support@haileybeauty.com with a description and photo of the issue within 14 days of receiving. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation. Please note that we are unable to replace products without receiving a photo of the damage within the 14-day window.
